Arrival in Kathmandu, where our team will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, take time to rest or explore the lively streets of Thamel. In the evening, a short briefing will be conducted about the trek, climbing plan, and safety guidelines.

Trek Preparation in Kathmandu

This day is reserved for final preparations. You will meet your climbing guide for a detailed briefing, gear check, and permit arrangements. If needed, you can shop or rent missing equipment in Kathmandu. Allow your muscles to rest and acclimate completely, ensuring you are refreshed for the next day’s trek.

 Fly to Lukla (2,840m) and Trek to Chutanga (3,050m)

A scenic flight takes you to Lukla. After landing, begin trekking through forested trails toward Chutanga. The path is peaceful and gradually ascends, helping your body adjust to altitude.

Chuthanga to tuli-kharka (Chatra La Pass) and climb down to Kharkithang(4,600m)

Today is a challenging day as you cross the high Zatrwa La Pass. The trail climbs steeply with rewarding views of snow-capped peaks before descending to Thuli Kharka (Kharkithang area).

Thuli Kharka to Khote (3,600m)

Experience the true essence of Himalayan isolation, far from the busier, more crowded trekking circuits. Follow rivers and waterfalls until reaching the quiet settlement of Khote.

Khote to Tangnang (4,350m)

Trek along the Hinku River with gradual elevation gain. The landscape becomes more rugged and alpine as you approach Tangnang, surrounded by towering peaks and glacial scenery.

Acclimatization Day at Tangnang

Tangnang to Khare (5,045m)

The trail continues through rocky terrain and glacial paths toward Khare, the last settlement before Mera Peak Base Camp. Stunning views of Mera Peak become visible.

Khare to High Camp (5,800m)

Climb steadily along a glacier route to reach High Camp. The trail includes snow sections and requires careful footing. Basic climbing training may be conducted here.

Summit Mera Peak (6,476m) and Return to Khare
