Trip Overview

Pikey Peak Trek is known for its sunrise and sunset. This trail winds way through Jiri, Chaulakharka, and Nagaur to reach the Pikey Hill area.

Moreover, Pikey Peak Trek get us a glimpse of the view of the Himalayan range of Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, Gauri Shankar, Lhotse, Numbur, Khatang, Karya Lung, Annapurna, Nuptse, Ama Dablam.

It is one of the lower-elevation viewpoints to see Mt. Everest. It begins from Bhander of Solukhumbu district and gradually passes along Chaulakharka, Nagaur to Pikey peak camp. Buddhist monasteries and the Lakes of Dudh Kunda add charm to the Pikey trek. You meet the rhododendron forest, Sherpa villages, Tamang, and Sherpa culture. Festivals of Lhosar and Dumji are vibrant. Buddhist stupas, Himalayan floras, and faunas add grace to this journey. Your last point will be at Phaplu from where we come to Kathmandu and finally depart.
