05:30 AM – Hotel Pickup and Airport Transfer

Your Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour begins early in the morning. Our team member will meet you at your hotel and escort you to Kathmandu Airport. Early departures are preferred because Himalayan weather is generally more favorable during the morning.

06:00 AM – Airport Check-in and Helicopter Preparation

After completing the airport formalities, you will meet the flight crew and receive a brief safety orientation. The helicopter will then be prepared for the journey toward the Everest region.

06:30 AM – Flight from Kathmandu to the Everest Region

The helicopter takes off from Kathmandu and heads toward the Himalayan mountains. As the flight progresses, you can enjoy spectacular aerial views of hills, valleys, villages, and snow-covered peaks.

07:30 AM – Scenic Flight over the Khumbu Region

The helicopter continues toward the Everest region, passing over famous Himalayan landscapes including Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, and the Khumbu Valley. You will have impressive views of peaks such as Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Mount Everest.

08:00 AM – Everest Base Camp/Kala Patthar Area

The helicopter reaches the Everest region and makes a landing at a suitable location, commonly around Kala Patthar or another designated landing area, depending on aviation regulations, weather, and operational conditions. From here, you can enjoy spectacular views of Mount Everest and the surrounding mountains.

08:15–08:30 AM – Mountain Sightseeing and Photography

Spend a short time enjoying the Himalayan scenery and capturing photographs. Because of the high altitude, the ground stop is kept brief. The exact landing location and duration may change according to weather and flight conditions.

08:30 AM – Return Flight to Kathmandu

After the sightseeing stop, the helicopter begins its return journey toward Kathmandu. Enjoy one final aerial view of the Everest region before descending toward the Kathmandu Valley.

09:30–10:00 AM – Arrival in Kathmandu

After landing at Kathmandu Airport, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Your one-day Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour concludes with unforgettable memories of the world’s highest mountain.
